1.4 Artificial Intelligence or AI means automated, algorithmic systems, models, or tools used by the Company to process inputs, apply workflows, and generate outputs without human review or approval.
1.5 Content means all information, materials, analyses, summaries, reports, memoranda, outputs, and other content made available through the Services, including AI-generated content and content derived from third-party sources or interviews.
2.1 This Policy applies to all Users and all access to and use of the Services, including the submission of inputs, upload of materials, and use of any Content generated through the Services.
2.2 By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.
3.1 You represent and warrant that you access and use the Services primarily from within the United States.
3.2 You further represent and warrant that your access to and use of the Services is conducted in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations of the United States.
3.3 You acknowledge and agree that the Services are designed for use within the United States, and that access to or use of the Services from other jurisdictions may be restricted or may subject you to additional legal requirements, for which you are solely responsible.
4.1 The Services shall be used solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with their intended use as informational and data-processing tools.
4.2 The Services and any Content shall not be used as a substitute for independent evaluation or appropriate consultation, or as the basis for making investment or other regulated decisions.
5.1 You shall not upload, submit, or otherwise provide any information, data, documents, or materials that are unlawful, infringing, confidential to a third party without authorization, or otherwise subject to restrictions that prohibit such use.
5.2 You shall not use the Services to generate, transmit, or disseminate any Content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or intentionally deceptive.
5.3 You shall not represent, imply, or hold out that any Content constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or any form of regulated professional service, regardless of the source of such Content, including where such Content incorporates or reflects third-party materials or inputs from analysts or subject-matter experts.
5.4 You shall not use the Services in a manner inconsistent with their intended use as informational and data-processing tools, including attempting to use the Services to produce outputs for purposes that require independent verification, regulatory compliance, or professional qualification.
5.5 You shall not use the Services to process, analyze, or derive insights from data or materials that you are not legally entitled to use, including data subject to confidentiality obligations or third-party rights.
5.6 You shall not interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity, security, or performance of the Services, including through unauthorized access, system abuse, or misuse of platform functionalities.
5.7 You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, data, or accounts associated with the Services.
5.8 You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the underlying models, algorithms, or systems used in the Services.
5.9 You shall not use automated means, scraping tools, or other methods to extract data or Content from the Services beyond permitted use.
5.10 You shall not circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any safeguards, access controls, or restrictions implemented by the Company.
6.1 The Services provide access to Content derived from multiple sources, including Artificial Intelligence, third-party materials, and, where applicable, inputs from analysts or subject-matter experts.
6.2 Content made available through the Services may be derived from different sources and methodologies, including automated processes, third-party materials, or inputs from analysts or subject-matter experts, and may vary in scope, detail, and presentation.
6.3 Content made available through the Services is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or any form of regulated professional service, regardless of the source of such Content.
6.4 You are solely responsible for evaluating the appropriateness of any Content before using or relying upon it.
7.1 The Company reserves the right to monitor compliance with this Policy and to take appropriate action in the event of a violation.
7.2 Such actions may include suspension or termination of access to the Services, removal of Content, and any other measures deemed necessary to protect the integrity, security, and lawful operation of the Services.
This Policy shall be read together with the Terms. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with Section 15 of the Terms, including the governing law, arbitration, and class action waiver provisions.
The Company may update this Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected by revising the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
