Develop a deep understanding of buy-side and sell-side investment research workflows and core research use cases
Translate analyst research methodologies, information-processing logic, and investment frameworks into scalable products
Work closely with AI, engineering, and data teams to design AI agents and research workflows for professional investors
Communicate with institutional clients and drive continuous product iteration and execution
Design AI-driven experiences for research, information discovery, and decision support
Help transform complex investment research capabilities into scalable product systems

Singapore/Suzhou

Build the core data platform powering financial AI systems
Design and maintain multi-source financial data pipelines, ETL workflows, data quality, and labeling systems
Architect multi-tenant platforms, including access control, auditability, and data security at the platform level
Candidates with strong financial market investing experience may be considered with relaxed technical requirements

Singapore/Suzhou

Develop core web products using Next.js / React / tRPC
Proficient in at least one backend framework
Work closely with AI, data, and investment research teams
Turn complex system capabilities into products that professional investors genuinely use
Strong experience leveraging AI tools to improve development productivity
Exceptional 0→1 builders or independent developers may be considered with relaxed requirements

Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding/offboarding, employee records, attendance, and payroll/social benefits coordination
Support the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
Assist in building and improving internal HR/admin processes and policies
Support employee relations and respond to day-to-day HR inquiries
Organize team activities, employee engagement, and culture initiatives
Support office administration, meetings, travel coordination, and vendor management
